15 Minute Keynote:  Nitzan Pelman, Chief Strategy Officer, LightSail

There is a lot of talk about a growing divide of race, class, and income in this country. We are also watching a boom of efficiency and technology innovation come at the expense of jobs and the potential elimination of the middle class. Lastly, what does our education system looks like today and what it will need to do to adapt to our ever changing labor needs. Nitzan will explore these themes and talk about some promising solutions.

45 Minute Panel:

More than ever cities are engines of entrepreneurship and value creation. The rise of the tech economy and the creative class has led to a boom in startups, incubation and enterprise creation.

But it has come with a big question: how do we make this inclusive?  Does a rising tide float all boats or create a rising divide? In this panel entrepreneurs and financiers will examine how education, workforce development and investment practices might create an entrepreneurial city for everyone.
