The dream of smart inclusive city rests on the the imperative foundation of education. This panel brings together some of our nation's most innovative education entrepreneurs to explore the forefront of what's possible, scalable, and how school systems, emerging education platforms and corporations can meet the challenge. Nitzan Pelman has led citizen schools in New York, whose partnership with the NYC school system created entrepreneurial  after school programs in a scalable manner, today she is chief strategy officer of education startup LightSail. Greg Murrow is a general partner at Learn Capital, a venture firm with a broad education portfolio. John During is Director of Strategic Alliances at Cogswell Polytechnical, a  pioneer in project based college education in silicon valley. And Annie Tsai from Double Dutch represents a San Francisco startup where entrepreneurship is a mindset, one which leads to work with local communities at the elementary school and high school level to instill these ideas from a young age.
