Dr. Christine Boyle is the founder and president of Valor Water Analytics. Dr. Boyle works with water utilities and Fortune 500 companies developing decision support software that achieve both water resource and financial sustainability. She received a doctorate in water resource planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011.

Dr. Boyle has worked at three “startups” in addition to founding two of her own (Blue Horizon Insight and Valor Water Analytics). She has published and presented widely on food security, data mining in the water sector, water policy, and water finance.  She is Chair of the Cal-Nevada American Water Works Association Financial Management Committee and a water policy advisor for the World Bank.
