Fran joined the San Francisco Giants in 2011. She is responsible for managing the design, financing and entitlements of Mission Rock, a mixed-use public private partnership between the Giants and the City and Port of San Francisco. Mission Rock will be a 28 acre waterfront neighborhood, with 8 acres of parks, 1,500 rental residential units, 33% of which will be affordable, 1.3 million square feet of office, and the new headquarters of Anchor Brewing. In addition to her work on the team‘s real estate portfolio, Fran guides long term planning efforts for the future growth of the overall organization. Prior to joining the Giants, Fran managed the rehabilitation of Fenway Park for the Boston Red Sox, the Rose Bowl for the City of Pasadena, and the Durham Athletic Park for the City of Durham.

Fran sits on the Board of Directors of SPUR, and is a member of Lambda Alpha International. She holds a B.S. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a M.B.A. with a concentration in Public Management from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
